Essential fatty acids for cellulite diets is the key to your cellulite cure!
Who would think that as part of our anti cellulite diet, we need to incorporate fats into our diet! Well, we do. But not just any type of fat, we are looking for Essential Fatty Acids
Why? Essential Fatty acids are needed by our bodies to help to rebuild cells that are damaged during the stages of cellulite.

These essential fatty acids are required by our bodies, and our body can’t produce some of the most essential ones! So it is very important that we get these fatty acids into our system.
First, lets just say as part of your anti cellulite diet, you must try to eliminate fats that are not good for you. Some examples of these Bad Fats are:
- Margarine
- Butter, sorry,
- Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils
- Deep Fried Foods
- Fat in Beef
- Fat in Pork
- Junk Foods of all types
- Hamburger
- other bad fatty foods
So now that we have eliminated some of my favourite things…. “butter” being a personal weakness, we have to get the Good Fats into our body to help start rebuilding and restoring those damaged cells. As an added bonus, the good fats also help to redirect the waste water back into the cells. Yes! The bloating will be on its way out.
Foods that are rich in Essential Fatty Acids for Cellulite Reduction
Here are some of the items you need to eat to get the good fats into our bodies. Remember, your body can not produce these essential fats, the must be ingested.
- Flaxseed Oil
- Olive Oil
- Oil from Cold Water Fish – like Salmon
- Sunflower Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Pistachios
- Canola Oil
- Avocadoes
Well, it’s not the first list, but I think we can all start to incorporate these foods into our diets.
As a side note, I purchased a container of Hemp Hearts, which are really hemp seed and started to make sure that I had two tablespoons in the morning (I put them on my cereal) and two tablespoons in the evening ( I put them in my salad at dinner). Within 10 days, people were commenting on how radiant my skin looked.
I didn’t realize it then, but it was the essential fatty acids in the seeds.
