Cellulite Wrap Recipe - Do it Yourself
1 cup of Capsicum powder or Ginger Root Powder
1 Cup Epsom Salt
1 Cup of Clay: Bentonite or Green clay work best
1 Cup of Boiling Water
A bunch of thin towels
Mix all of the ingredients together to form a paste. The Cellulite Wrap paste should be thin enough to easily apply. If the paste is too thick, add more hot water.
Now the fun begins! Spread the paste over the cellulite affected areas of your body. Now wrap the area with the towelling (some people use plastic wrap, but it doesn't allow the wrap to breath) and keep the wrap in place for 40 minutes.
Now rinse the wrap in the bath tub from your body. Your skin will feel amazing.
